AREAS
Rita Ranch
Southeast Tucson's planned neighborhoods, a short drive from my house.
Rita Ranch is a group of planned neighborhoods in Tucson's southeast corner in 85747, including Civano. Most of the homes were built in the last few decades, so you get newer construction, HOA-maintained common areas, and easy access to the east side and Vail.
What people like about it
- Newer homes in planned neighborhoods
- Parks and walking paths
- Close to the UA Tech Park and a reasonable drive to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base
- Easy access to Saguaro National Park East and the Rincon Mountains
What to check
HOA dues and rules vary by neighborhood. I'll pull the HOA documents early so you know the costs and the rules before you commit.
