Most of my relocation buyers can't be here for every showing. One couple I worked with this year was selling a house in another state while buying here at the same time. It works when the process is built for it.
How it works
Video tours
I walk the home live on FaceTime or record a video. I show you the things listing photos skip: the street, the neighbors' yards, the AC unit, the water stains.
Honest takes
I'll tell you when a house isn't worth your time.
Inspections
I'm there for the inspection and I walk you through the report.
Remote closing
Most paperwork is signed electronically. Title can set up a remote or mail-away signing for the rest.
Updates across time zones
Text, call, or email. I answer fast.
