Buying a Home in Tucson
I start with what you need, then find the homes that fit.
Desert homes have their own quirks. The AC unit, the roof, the direction the backyard faces, and the HOA rules all change what it costs to own the house and how it feels to live there. I'll point those things out before you fall in love with a house.
How buying with me works
Start with your real budget
Your lender gives you a maximum. I'd rather you buy at the top of your comfort. Keep your monthly payment where you can still live your life.
Pick the right area
East side, central Tucson, Tanque Verde, Rita Ranch, or Vail. Each one has a different feel, commute, and price point. I'll tell you honestly how they compare.
See homes that fit
I'll send you homes that match, and I'll tell you what the listing photos don't show.
Make a strong offer
I write offers based on what's selling right now, and I negotiate hard on price, repairs, and closing costs.
Inspect it
I'm there for inspections and walk-throughs, and I'll help you decide what to ask the seller to fix.
Close and move in
I keep the lender, title, and seller's agent on schedule.
Buying from out of state?
I'll be your eyes here. Video tours, inspections, and closing paperwork you can sign from wherever you are.
"He went above and beyond with previewing properties, sending videos, being present for inspections and walk through, and researching comps."
